12/14/2006 Entry: "sick" I'm sick. Sorethroat, head stuffy, cough - your standard cold. Hopefully it will go away soon. I'm working through it 'cause I can't afford to take any more days off. I've been much sicker before and gone to work, so it shouldn't be so bad. Last night a college age girl came into my resteraunt wearing one of those retarded sweatshirts that have the full length arms but only comes down to just under their boobs. This one had a zipper AND a hood. So, I asked her if it kept her warm. She said, kind of, and that she bought it in Amsterdam. I then told her that it looked like it was meant for an orangutan because it's arms were so long, and asked her if she stole it from one. ... I don't think she took it as a compliment. I assured her that is was a compliment, and that I loved monkeys and apes and wished more people would wear sweaters like that. I'd feel bad if those sweaters weren't just so god damn stupid.
