12/13/2009 Entry: "computer down still" *sigh* My computer is still down because Newegg are a bunch of dipshits with crappy customer service. The real story is longer than that - but this is what it boils down to. Normally they're awesome and ship stuff super fast, but an automatic computer shutdown killed my account when I ordered and it's taken me a week to get them to fix it (they haven't yet.) THAT'S the problem. Apparently since I had an old account at Maq@chegg.com when I registered a new one under a current e-mail address they figured out I was the same person, some flag went up, and they shut down the new account and the order. They notify me of this on their own. I had to figure this out for myself when my new PS failed to ship. The e-mails I get back are all sent at 3am, so I know I'm getting them from fucking India or some other crappy outsourcing country. God Damnit. Anyways, it's weird using Qehn's computer because she doesn't have addblock installed for her Firefox. The majority of pages I visit are covered in adds - something I never knew about until now. Huh.
