12/14/2005 Entry: "my balls hurt" Mark and I have this game where we hit each other in the balls. If you're touching the Dog you're safe, though, because the Dog is base. We need to play this game less, it hurts. Speaking of the doggy dog dog, she has earned a new nickname: Shovel Dog. As many of you know, Georgia Clinton Esquire was very abused prior to being rescued by us. She has BBs inbedded in her skin, and had been beaten rather badly. Well, Mark discovered a flat spot on her back the exact shape of a shovel. We had all noticed the she had interesting posture, but now that this has been discovered it's unmistakable. I already had discovered her phobia of shovels, and now this explains it. Needless to say this discovery has had a great impact on us. We really don't dig it. I mean, it's a pretty dirty thing to do to a dog. They were pretty neglectful though, they didn't even have her spayed. It may just like I'm trying to dig myself out of a hole by saying this, but if you don't laugh at shit like this it can really bury you. Every pun I make further confirms my reservation in hell. In order to stop this post from going down hill I should say some stuff about the barker ski trip. (preemptive pun ++). I met a bunch of the new Barkerites, and it was bitchin fun. They're a good group of people I made pretty good friends with a few of them. It was real nice to see the old group too, although LISA SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE. I beat the shit out of myself trying to get better at snowboarding. Learning how to turn while going faster results in a lot of painful falls. I think I'm getting old too, because it was really damn hard to get up from some of those. Ooh, and I bought a boomerang! I was exposed to them at the Mondo Jugglingfest last year and they are more fun that a barrel full of boobies! Ooh, and in techy nerdy news, for those of you that wisely switched to Firefox, there is a spellcheck available as an extension that's not listed on Firefox's page yet. It's really good, and very useful for blogs and forum posting. Be the first nerd on your block to get this bitch.
